Artifact and collections inventory for the repositories agencies run: accession-numbered records, controlled vocabularies, review before publication, and a public research site from the same record. LPC records notices of designation into the city's Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) electronically: select the landmark, validate every property, generate the cover page, submit to the Department of Finance, and track acceptance — so landmark status is part of the title record.

YourCity Solutions is the GIS and data practice of RM Solutions Group Inc., a Connecticut small business that has spent years delivering GIS integration, data migration, and software services to New York City agencies as a subcontractor to Salesforce partner prime contractors — a small firm with a large agency's scars.

We started YourCity because the hardest problems we saw — designations that don't fit tax lots, records nobody trusts, maps the public can't read — are the same in every city, and the fix is repeatable.

Led by Rahul Mathur, who has worked with NYC on GIS projects for several years and built Discover Landmarks to show what a public heritage map can be.
